Content Policy

This policy describes what we publish on videopulse.live, what we will not, and how we handle rights clearance and AI. It applies to our editorial team and to any creator or rights-holder who submits material.

Rights clearance comes first

Sports footage is heavily rights-managed. We only publish recaps and restored classic moments that are cleared or licensed for the use shown. Contributors must hold or have obtained the necessary rights and confirm this in writing before we publish. We remove material promptly on a valid rights claim — see our DMCA policy.

Prohibited content

• Material the contributor does not have the rights to distribute.
• Footage that has been edited to mislead about a result, a player, or an outcome.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content; content that endangers minors.
• Graphic violence outside the normal context of sport, or footage of serious injury used gratuitously.
• Content that violates a competition’s or athlete’s lawful restrictions.

AI disclosure

Our editorial judgement — what is ranked, how it is scored, and the captions — is made by people. Where we use tools to assist restoration (for example upscaling or colour correction of degraded archive footage), we do not present synthetic footage as a real record of events, and we label restoration work where it could otherwise mislead. We do not publish AI-generated footage of real sporting moments that did not happen.

Editorial scoring

The daily ranking is scored by how much a moment changed a contest or a season, not by raw view counts. Number one changes daily. Captions explain each placement so the ranking is transparent rather than algorithmic.
