Rajajooks OÜ respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices of claimed infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We only publish footage that is cleared or licensed; if you believe content on videopulse.live infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated agent.

Designated agent

What your notice must include

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough detail (such as a URL) to locate it.
4. Your contact information — name, address, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the required statements under the DMCA. We may restore the material as permitted by law.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or contributors who are repeat infringers.
