Free trial first

Every membership begins with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged — no refund is needed because no payment is taken.

7-day money-back on your first charge

If you let the trial convert and are billed for your first paid period, you may request a full refund of that first charge within 7 days of the charge date. We’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
• Include the charge date so we can locate it quickly.
• We aim to confirm within a few business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

After the money-back window

Beyond the 7-day window on the first charge, renewals are generally non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future renewals immediately and you keep access until the end of the current period. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
