These Terms govern your use of videopulse.live (the “Service”), operated by Rajajooks OÜ, a limited liability company registered in Estonia, Estonia, at Vene tn 15-1, 44313 Rakvere. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Videopulse is a web-based subscription video service publishing a daily scored ranking of sporting recaps and a vault of restored classic moments. Access requires a trial or paid membership. The Service is provided over the web only; we do not offer native, smart-TV, or offline-download applications.

2. Free trial

New members receive a 7-day free trial with full access. The renewal price is disclosed before you start. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

3. Subscription, auto-renewal & cancellation

• After the trial, your membership renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• Annual plans bill once per year; monthly plans bill each month. There are no long-term contracts.
• You may cancel from your account at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you retain access through the current period.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides a 7-day money-back window on your first paid charge.

5. Acceptable use

A membership is for personal, individual use. You agree not to share credentials, resell access, circumvent access controls, or download, copy, or redistribute content. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Content & rights

All recaps and classic moments are published under licenses or clearances obtained for that purpose. We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid takedown notices under our DMCA policy. Editorial standards are described in our Content Policy.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rajajooks OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Estonia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law grants you the right to proceed in your local jurisdiction.
