Trial & billing

How does the free trial work?

You get a 7-day free trial with full access to the daily ranking and the classic-moments vault. We tell you the renewal price before you start, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid a charge. The trial is the whole product — nothing is held back during it.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes. After the free trial, membership renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel from your account at any time. Annual plans bill once a year; monthly plans bill every month.

What if I don’t like it?

Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. If you are billed for a first paid period and change your mind, our refund policy gives you a 7-day money-back window on that first charge — email [email protected].

Is payment secure?

Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and we only ask for the details needed to process your membership. Card processing is handled by a dedicated payment provider once subscription setup is connected.

Watching & devices

Which devices can I watch on?

Videopulse is a web product that works in any modern desktop or mobile browser. We do not currently offer native mobile, smart-TV, or offline-download apps, and we don’t claim to. If that changes, we’ll say so plainly.

Can I download videos to watch offline?

No. Videopulse is streaming-only over the web. We do not offer offline downloads and we will never advertise a feature we don’t actually provide.

Can I share my account?

A membership is intended for personal use by one member. Sharing credentials is against our Terms; we keep pricing low so individual access stays affordable.

The daily ranking

How is the daily ranking chosen?

A small editorial team scores the day’s sporting moments by how much they changed a contest or a season, not by raw view counts. Each placement carries a short caption explaining why it made the cut.

When does the ranking refresh?

The ranking resets every day at 00:00 in your own device’s local timezone. The countdown on the home page tracks the time until the next refresh.

Does the same moment stay number one forever?

No. The ranking is rebuilt daily and number one changes as new moments earn the top spot. That turnover is the point — there is a fresh reason to return each morning.

Can I submit a recap or classic moment?

Yes. Creators and rights-holders can reach our editorial team via the Contact page. We only publish content that is cleared for use and that fits the daily ranking — see the Content policy.
